Sharing faith in a postmodern culture.
Since 1991, the resident United World Mission team has worked with mission agencies and local churches to envision, train and mentor church planters. The goal is a church within reach of every one of the 10 million Hungarians within Hungary and the nearly 4 million residing outside of Hungary in other Central European countries.
The Expedition 237 team works in collaboration with Career Missionaries, learning language, culture and developing practical ministry skills. Specifically the 237 team works in the following areas:
1) Alpha Course – teaching basics of the Christian faith
2) Coffee House – building relationships to build the Church
3) English Outreach Camps – sharing the Gospel by teaching English
4) Facilitating Short Term Teams
UWM is actively looking for 237 Team Members to join the effort in Budapest.
