Several Ways to Serve

We're excited about your interest in applying for missionary service with United World Mission or Expedition237.  As you can see there are several ways to serve.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@uwm.org or by phone at: 1.800.825.5896.

United World Mission Career Application: This option is for those who see themselves serving two years or longer. Normally those who select this option sense that God probably has called them for the indefinite time to serve in a cross-cultural ministry.

Expedition237 Missionary or Teacher Application:

The Expedition237 Missionary and the Teacher Application are the same.  If you’re planning to serve as a teacher you’ll need to communicate with the school to complete their process as you complete our Expedition237 application. We will interact with them and work together as your process unfolds. As an Expedition237 missionary you’ll work for up to 24 months along side of a United World Mission leader. ***NOTE: United World Mission can only accept applications for service from citizens of The United States and Canada.  Citizens of other countries may be eligible based upon special circumstances, which include being married to a citizen of The United States and be a member of a United States Church.
