Lesson to Remember
There is a great need in Bolivia to reach out to children as they have often been overlooked. There is also the need to train children's workers in how to help kids understand the Bible and to learn about God. Vikki and Jan have organized and taught several lessons on teaching children's teachers in order to reach these precious ones with the love of Jesus. The recent session was on how to make teaching the Bible interesting, and present it in such a way as to be sure the children learn.
Sometimes, the simplest lessons can really make an impact! Jan taught a lesson to 25 children about sin. She baked the children a cake and told them that she could not find raisins, so used flies instead. After all they were just little flies. They would not hurt any one. A little sin wouldn't hurt, would it? The lesson was well made·one child never did eat the cake!
