Name that Animal!

What would you call this creature? I recently had the opportunity to call it lunch. In case anyone is wondering it is a carpincho the worlds largest rodent and quite tasty. What's more incredible than me eating a giant rodent is the man who roasted it for me. Juan is a pastor in San Gregorio with a passion for seeing churches planted. He has already planted several. One of which he had to travel 2 ½ hours by bike with his tent and food strapped to his back. He would spend several days getting to know people and then return home to make a living. He continued to do this regularly until a local church had been established in La Paloma. This week several leaders are getting together in Tacuarembo to discuss future evangelistic events and church planter training. I often wonder if all Christians had this kind of dedication, what the world would look like.
