Teamwork

I recently returned from Talca were we had a great time-preparing 18 teachers/ leaders who will be working in a VBS.  Many of my teaching illustrations were from the Wordless Book-and as God had it planned, that is the theme of this year's VBS!

The class was divided into four groups.  For their final project they worked together in teams to develop a lesson for one of the pages of the Wordless book.  This was the first time most had ever worked together in a team!  It was a challenging experience for them.  From the pastor's comments however, it was clear that they were learning this important skill of working together in teams!  Teamwork is a rather new concept for churches here in Chile .  Pray that more churches will be open to learning the dynamics of working together in teams!  (Photo of the students after receiving their certificate of completion)
