Thankful Hearts

We are thankful that God continues to grant us favor as we minister to the physical need of talibe boys here in Dakar . We are thankful that through the financial support of several churches and individuals, we were able to treat all of the boys who live in the same building for scabies, a very itchy parasite. We learned then that although 22 of the boys from January have returned to the village, we now are ministering to 183 boys! 157 of them needed the scabies treatment and 140 of them received it - pretty phenomenal statistics, when you consider that the treatment stings mightily and these boys chose to endure it!

We are also thankful that La Source, the Ouakam congregation is only weeks away from moving into their new building, which has been constructed in these past four months. This is the culmination of several years of waiting on permits and financial resources, and we are so excited!
