Estonia
United
World Mission began work in Estonia in 1995. Two resident
families have coordinated research (ãHow Christian is Estonia?ä),
training and envisioning seminars. This team has also established
a reproducing cell-based church in Tartu, Estonia. In September
2002 some Estonian leaders responded to a vision seminar hosted
by our UWM team. Their response was massive! They want to
ãturn a nation to Godä and the motor for this dream is planting
churches in every neighborhood, vision and town of Estonia.
Our team helps advise denominational leaders in strategy,
church-planting models, and ongoing research. At the same
time we train trainers of church planters and help mobilize
congregations to plant new churches.
United
World Mission is actively working to field additional personal
into this country.

We are
missionaries with United World Mission. We've been in Estonia
since April 1996. We work with Estonians to establish reproducing
churches in Estonia...and beyond! Our current focus is the
establishment of a cell church in Tartu. We believe the cell
church to be a reproducible model through which believers
are effectively equipped for ministry. It is time for the
Church's second reformation! Our secondary focus is to work
with existing churches to promote renewal and the establishment
of new congregations. In addition to working in Estonia we
have recently expanded our work into Lithuania and Latvia.
