Cuba

Today we can only describe the growth of the Church as one that is on fire. Our work is focused on training national leaders, rebuilding/establishing training centers and encouraging believers. The Cuban church has a vision to establish 11 training centers across the country so future pastors and missionaries can be properly trained and encouraged to reach every town, village and neighborhood of Cuba.

Our present partnership network includes two Central America seminaries, eight North American churches and two Mission Agencies working together with Mision Mundial in Cuba. We are providing mission training and college level Bible courses.

Due to the political atmosphere of this country United World Mission is unable to place residential missionaries but our work from the states is having effective results. UWM facilitates a network of churches and agencies that cooperate together on nationally determined projects and training.

United World Mission is actively seeking additional partnerships with interested churches and groups to field short-term teams to renovate the Las Palmas Training site and complete other needed projects that will propel national initiatives forward.
