Youth Conference

At a recent youth conference, two young women stopped by my room to talk.  L shared with me some of the pain she had been going through this year that led to her moving out of her home·.something very uncommon and drastic in the Latin culture.  When she was invited to attend the conference she had no desire to do so, thinking that God had not helped her in the past why would this be any different.  But this weekend was different for L!  She said that the Lord had begun a healing in her heart and mind and she is convinced that she will be able to move back home.  And, she does not intend to carry out the plans she had prior to the conference.  Things had become so painful that she had decided if God didn't heal her hurts, she was going to take matters in her own hands and end the hurts through ending her life! Praise God for His healing touch in her life!!!!
